12/26 Day1
みなさん、こんばんは。今日の試合が終わったあとにもお話をしたんですが、アクシデントがあったにせよ、やってはいけない試合をしてしまったなと思っています。すみません。
この状況の中で会場に足を運んでくださっている皆様の前でやってはいけないような試合内容でした。とはいえ明日も試合は必ず訪れるので、しっかりアジャストしていきます。「この試合はプロじゃ無い」というのは上手いとか下手とかいうことではなく、準備の段階で自分も含めてしっかり伝えきれていないところや落とし込めていないところがあるし、個人個人の問題のところもあり、プレーの精度に差があるということもあります。
口で言うよりは結果で出さないといけないのですが、ポイントで言うと29回のターンオーバー、あとはオフェンスリバウンドも圧倒的にとられているので、そこにアジャストすること。
明日、年内最後の試合です。2020年みなさんも色々なことがあったと思いますが、チームもアップダウンが激しく乗り切れないままここまで来てしまっています。明日はずっと応援してくださっているホームの皆さんの前でいい試合と選手たちのいい顔を見せてみんなで今シーズン勝ちで終われるように、立て直していきます。

Good evening, everyone. As we talked about after today’s game, even though there was an accident, I think we played a game that we shouldn’t have played. I’m sorry.
Under the circumstances, I shouldn’t have played the game in front of everyone who came to the venue. However, tomorrow’s match will definitely come again, so I’ll make sure to adjust properly. When I say “this game was not professional”, I don’t mean that we were good or bad, but that we didn’t communicate well in the preparation stage, or that we didn’t put everything into practice, and that there are differences in the accuracy of our play.
In terms of points, we had 29 turnovers, and we also had an overwhelming number of offensive rebounds, so we need to adjust to that.
Tomorrow is the last game of the year, and I’m sure many things have happened in 2020 for everyone, but the team has also had a lot of ups and downs, and we haven’t been able to get through them until now. Tomorrow, we will play a good game in front of the home fans who have been supporting us for a long time, and show the players good faces so that we can all finish the season with a win.

みなさん、こんばんは。ばたばたしてしまい、更新が遅くなってしまいました、すみません。
昨日も応援を本当にありがとうございました。2020年最後のホームゲームということで会場を作ってくださる皆さんと共になんとかして勝利をつかもう、と選手も強い気持ちを持って臨んでくれたんですが、残念ながらまた点差が開いてしまいました。不甲斐ない気持ちでいっぱいです。申し訳ありません。
2日で52回のターンオーバーをしてしまっていて、昨日の配信でも話しましたが、それぞれ個人での遂行のレベルに差が出てしまっていたので「プロとしてそれではだめではないか？」という話をして2日目に臨みました。ですが残念な結果になってしまいました。
たった今”プロとして”という話もしたんですが、若手にとってはすごく厳しく、でも今後に活かしてほしいシーズンになっています。ここまでに全員揃った試合が4試合、外国籍が全員揃っていた試合が11試合。
選手の擁護をするわけではないですが、今シーズンはどうしても練習してきたことを急遽変えたりしなければいけないというアクシデントが多く、昨日もオン０でやらなければいけないということもあったりしたので、選手の起用のところも話していた順番を変わったりとか試合中にやってきたことを変えなければいけないことなどもありました。本来これに左右されてはいけないというところではあるのですが。。。
僕自身がうまくシステムの変わったところを選手に落とし込めていなかったり、もっと若手のいいところを引き出してあげたいな、と思うところではあり反省しています。
とにかく今は全員揃うということがなかなかできていない状態ですが、これ以上怪我人が出ないようにというところと、あとは皆さまからの元気がないというご指摘もありますが、選手達もそれぞれ自分の表現の仕方で頑張っています。試合のことやお客さんのことを考えていない人はいなくて選手もスタッフも頑張っていますのでご理解いただければと思います。
昨日の敗戦のあとも最後まで残ってくださって、セレモニー後のコート一周の時にも拍手を最後までくださって頑張れ、という気持ちを送ってくださって、本当にありがとうございました。選手たちも控室に戻って目を真っ赤にしてとても悔しがっていました。本来は僕たちが皆さんを励さなければいけない立場なのに、2020年は本当に皆さんに励まされた年でした。状況を好転させるため、とにかく勝てる方法を考え、それをどうやって達成するか…みんなで考えていきます。日々話し合ったり知恵を出し合って進んでいきますので、背中を押していただけると幸いです。
2020年の統括はまた改めて更新しますが、今日はここまでとさせてください。今節も本当にありがとうございました。
Good evening, everyone. I’m sorry for the late update, I’ve been so busy.
As it was the last home game of the year 2020, the players were determined to win the game together with the people who made the venue possible, but unfortunately, the score gap opened up again. I am filled with a sense of disappointment. I apologize for that.
We had 52 turnovers in two days, and as I mentioned in yesterday’s broadcast, there was a difference in the level of execution of each individual player. So we went into the second day with the question, “Isn’t that too much for a professional? But the result was disappointing.
We talked about “as a professional” just now, but it has been a very tough season for the young players, but I hope they can make the most of it in the future. So far, there have been four games where all the players were together, and 11 games where all the foreign players were together.
I don’t mean to defend the players, but there have been many incidents this season where we have had to make sudden changes to what we have been practicing, and yesterday, we had to play on 0. We had to change the order of the players we had talked about, and we had to change some things we had done during the game. I should not have been influenced by this, but….
I have not been able to incorporate the changes in the system into the players, and I would like to bring out the best in the younger players.
At any rate, it has been difficult to get everyone together at the moment, but we are working hard to prevent any more injuries, and although some of you have pointed out that there is a lack of energy, the players are doing their best to express themselves in their own ways. There is no one who is not thinking about the game or the audience, and the players and staff are doing their best, so I hope you will understand.
Thank you very much for staying until the end of the game after yesterday’s loss, and for applauding all the way to the end when we circled the court after the ceremony to encourage us to do our best. When the players returned to the waiting room, their eyes were bright red and they were very disappointed. Normally, we should be the ones to encourage you, but 2020 was the year that you really encouraged us. In order to turn things around, we are going to think of ways to win anyway, and how to accomplish that…together. We will continue to discuss and share our wisdom on a daily basis, and I hope that you will push us forward.
